Job summary

RightMove Health LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a Virtual Occupational Health role (Evaluation-Only). You will conduct single-visit, work-related MSK evaluations for a diverse employer-partner population, across industrial and office roles, delivering a clear clinical description to support accommodations.

You won't carry a treatment caseload; you hand off to appropriate downstream care. The role emphasizes virtual care, rapid decision-making, and compliant documentation,

Qualifications

• DPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted PT license; PT Compact State licensure strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience; 5 years preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills for rapid, single-encounter decisions.
• Comfort practicing in virtual/digital care delivery including remote evaluations.
• Working knowledge of workplace accommodation, duty-modification, or return-to-work documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct single-visit virtual evaluations for employees across a broad range of job types, using structured history and virtual exam.
• Apply clinical reasoning to determine work-relatedness, injury acuity, and appropriate level of care.
• Determine and initiate the correct next-step care pathway for every case.
• Clearly characterize the disabling condition and functional limitations for the employer's accommodation team.
• Identify red and yellow flags requiring urgent medical escalation and route accordingly.
• Generate concise, defensible documentation to support accommodations and reviews.
• Communicate and coordinate with patients, Care Coordinators, and employer/payer partners for a clean handoff.
• Maintain accurate, timely, compliant clinical documentation per requirements.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards in a value-based occupational health environment.
