Job summary

RightMove Health LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to serve as our Virtual Occupational Health Physical Therapist (Evaluation-Only). You will perform single-visit virtual musculoskeletal evaluations for a diverse employer-partner population, determining care pathways and supporting accommodations.

You will not carry a treatment caseload; instead, you hand off cases to appropriate downstream pathways and maintain clear communication with Care Coordinators and employer teams to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted PT license in relevant states; PT Compact preferred.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with virtual/digital care and remote evaluations.
• Understanding of workplace accommodation and return-to-work docs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct single-visit virtual evaluations for employees with work-related MSK symptoms.
• Determine work-relatedness and injury acuity; decide appropriate care level.
• Route each case to next-step care pathway (home program, virtual PT, in-person referral, or workers' comp).
• Characterize disabling conditions and functional limitations for accommodations.
• Identify red/yellow flags for urgent escalation and route accordingly.
• Generate concise documentation for accommodation requests and payer/employer review.
• Coordinate with patients, care coordinators and employer/payer teams for handoff.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation per regulatory requirements.
