Job summary

RightMove Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its virtual occupational health team. You will perform single-visit, evaluation-only MSK assessments for a range of industrial and office-based roles, guiding care-path decisions and documenting functional limitations for accommodations.

Ideal candidates have a DPT, clinical experience, and comfort with telehealth. This remote, national role reports to the VP of Care Delivery and involves coordination with Care Coordinators and employer

Qualifications

• DPT required from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted PT license in applicable states; PT Compact preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical PT experience; 5+ preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning for rapid single-visit evaluations.
• Comfort with virtual/digital care delivery and remote education.
• Knowledge of workplace accommodation and return-to-work documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct single-visit virtual musculoskeletal evaluations for diverse job types.
• Determine work-relatedness and injury acuity for care pathways.
• Route to appropriate next-step care (home program, virtual PT, in-person referral, workers' comp).
• Characterize functional limitations for employer accommodation teams.
• Identify red/yellow flags needing urgent escalation.
• Generate concise documentation for accommodations, injury reporting, and payer review.
• Coordinate with patients, Care Coordinators, and employer/payer partners for seamless handoff.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation per regulatory and organizational standards.
