You LOVE doing therapy! You are a licensed mental health professional, ethical, and well-trained. You've thought about private practice, but the truth is- you don't want to be a business owner now. You'd really love to find a private practice where you have the opportunity to make some additional money and work with your ideal client.

Pierce Counseling is a group private practice located in Chicagoland, and we are Virtual. We are looking for socially responsible licensed practitioners to join our team. Send over your resume and a cover letter telling us about you and what you bring as a clinician to the practice. Requirements include being licensed in the State of Illinois with at least 1 year post-independent licensure experience, preferably with private practice experience and registered with CAQH and paneled with BCBS. Compensation is percentage-based on income received and paid out monthly. Counselors/Therapists must have a niche(s) (couples, EMDR, children, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition. The candidate must be independent, driven, and collaborative. We want you to enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians. The candidate will be an independent contractor.

Requirements are:

• Current State of Illinois license as a LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or LPC
• Willing to work 10 hours per week or more
• Minimum 1 year post independent licensure
• Paneled with BCBS a plus
• Prior private practice experience is a plus
