At OptiMindHealth, we prioritize taking care of our clinicians by investing in your growth, offering financial, holistic, and professional support, and providing flexibility. Our administrative team handles all non-clinical tasks, allowing you to focus solely on your patients.
We support diverse outpatient care interests, including group therapy, long-term psychotherapy, couples therapy, and more. Our culture emphasizes creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination.
Compensation includes a salary range of $70,000-$85,000 annually, with benefits such as 401K matching, paid vacations, paid administrative and supervision time, and a hybrid work environment if desired.
Responsibilities include evaluating mental health conditions, diagnosing, creating treatment plans, documenting, collaborating with care teams, and participating in staff meetings. Full-time clinicians should maintain at least 32 hours of patient care weekly.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in behavioral sciences, an unrestricted license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT), experience with electronic health records, and effective communication skills. Preferred are experience in community or private practice settings, insurance paneling, and bilingual skills.
