We provide innovative, data-driven care to manage both acute and moderate patient populations, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Job Description

We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our virtual team. Responsibilities include:

• Providing counseling services via our telehealth platform, both live and offline
• Maintaining quality of care aligned with practice goals
• Contributing to practice development through protocol creation, training, and clinical discussions
• Documenting notes and billing codes in the EMR, including managing no-shows
• Reviewing and interpreting patient assessments
• Participating in monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings

Position Details

This is a part-time role, 8-10 hours per week, with 4 hours guaranteed. The schedule is flexible within our operating hours (8:00 A.M - 8:00 P.M. CST, Mon-Sat). The position is fully remote.

Supervision

Reports to the Director of Counseling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Master’s degree in social work or counseling from a CSWE-accredited program
• Active license in Florida, Georgia, Washington, Colorado, Connecticut, or South Carolina (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, CSW, PC, LCMHC, MHC, ICSW)

Desired Skills

• Minimum two years outpatient experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with telehealth and EMR systems (preferred)
• Adaptability and troubleshooting skills
