What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation that meets quality standards throughout the treatment process
- Establish therapeutic rapport with patients and facilitate admission assessments with professionalism
- Maintain a caseload of 5-6 patients in residential treatment and 10-15 in outpatient care
- Conduct therapy sessions and facilitate psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups daily
- Actively participate in clinical outreach and provide support to milieu staff in patient interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
- Holds an associate clinical license in Washington or Oregon
- Completion of state requirements to conduct therapeutic interventions
- Must obtain CPI certification, CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
- Current driver’s license in good standing
