Job summary
Modern Menopause Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our virtual team delivering menopause care to patients across North America. You’ll conduct expert virtual consultations, provide comprehensive follow-ups, and craft personalized treatment plans using evidence-based protocols.
You’ll prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy, educate patients on lifestyle changes, and collaborate with our physician team.
Qualifications
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the relevant provincial body.
- Proficiency in virtual care delivery and telemedicine platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct expert virtual consultations for menopause assessments.
- Deliver comprehensive follow-ups for menopause-related concerns.
- Craft personalized treatment plans using evidence-based protocols.
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy and other treatments.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with physician team and refer complex cases when needed.
- Utilize streamlined intake forms to maximize time with patients.
