Modern Menopause Clinic is a virtual healthcare provider specializing in menopause care across Canada. We seek a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and expand our virtual menopause services in Ontario.
You will conduct expert virtual consultations, deliver thorough follow-ups, and craft personalized treatment plans with evidence-based protocols. Join a collaborative team, prescribe hormone replacement therapy as needed, educate patients on lifestyle choices, and leverage an efficient intake
Qualifications
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the relevant provincial body.
- Proficiency in virtual care delivery and telemedicine platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Familiarity with EMR systems (eg. Avaros) - or willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Conducting expert virtual consultations for menopause assessments.
- Delivering comprehensive follow-ups for menopause-related concerns.
- Crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Prescribing and managing hormone replacement therapy and other treatments.
- Educating patients on lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies.
- Collaborating with the physician team and consulting on complex cases.
- Utilizing a streamlined intake process to maximize time with patients.
