Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide full-scope, autonomous care for women’s midlife health, entirely remotely within the United States. You’ll manage a full patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep via virtual visits.

You’ll prescribe and titrate HRT, evaluate pharmacologic weight management options including GLP-1 therapies, and make clinical decisions daily with a high-volume, results-driven workflow.

Qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C/ FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions.
• 3+ years synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating/prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies including GLP-1 agonists.
• Preferred: MSCP and/or Obesity Medicine certifications.

• Maintain documentation and meet productivity benchmarks.
