Job summary

Atlantic Federal Credit Union in Maine seeks a Virtual Member Service Representative to deliver personalized service through digital channels. The role is onsite during training in South Portland and hybrid thereafter, supporting transactions and member inquiries.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience, proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new systems. Financial service experience is a plus, with strong attention to detail and reliable Saturday

• Good attention to detail; weekend Saturday rotation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing transactions, including opening accounts and referring loans.
• Identify loan needs and opportunities during member interactions.
• Assist in account maintenance (stop payments, check orders, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in completing transactions, including opening new personal and business accounts, referring consumer, real estate and commercial loans.
• Identify loan needs and opportunities for new and existing members. Act as a key team player in member service by uncovering new opportunities during all member interactions.
• Assist in account maintenance, which can include stop payments, check orders, address changes, etc.
