Job summary

SESLOC Credit Union is seeking a fun and energetic Contact Center Virtual Member Service Representative who will assist existing and new members by phone, resolve questions about accounts, loans, and payments, and promote financial well-being through outbound calls.

Based at our San Luis Obispo headquarters, the role supports mortgage products as needed, requires bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and schedules from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday with Saturday rotations; background checks

Qualifications

• Meet service level objectives for phone calls, emails and all other communication levels.
• Ensure interactions with members and potential members are handled professionally and accurately.
• Ability to work with the team to meet goals and objectives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates and maintains proficiency in technology applications used at the credit union.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Prior financial institution experience required.
