Job summary

SESLOC Federal Credit Union Inc. is seeking a detail‑driven Consumer Loan Processor to guide members through the loan process from start to finish.

You will interview applicants, assemble documentation, review credit reports, verify income, and prepare loan documents for branches and the contact center. You will support DMV paperwork, account transfers, and other specialized services while delivering outstanding member support via phone and email.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of loan processing or related financial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of loan processing or related financial experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be registered or qualify to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and maintain annual registration requirements.
• Credit Union experience is a plus!

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
