High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents who need constant guidance
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well
• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums (average over $250/month)
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom) and do not sell traditional or low-premium policies.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
