High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who NEED to make money and are desperate
  • Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales
  • Agents who NEED hand-holding every step of the way
  • Cheap agents who sell $30-50-70/month policies
  • People who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego
Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively
  • Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
  • Agents who don't need motivation and are ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products.

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We are NOT looking for lead assist programs.
