Job description

High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.
  • Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.
  • Agents who require hand-holding at every step.
  • Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
  • Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.
Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills.
  • Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
  • Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom across the US.

Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
