Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in education or related field preferred.
• Experience with school-based behavior management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upload and organize virtual learning content for students.
• Support instructors and students with platform navigation and issues.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and performance in virtual classrooms.
• Communicate with students via email, chat, or virtual office hours.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention where appropriate.
• Maintain records of participation and assignments.
• Serve as substitute teacher for part or whole days as needed.
• Support data systems and coordinate meetings and events.
