Responsive Education Solutions is seeking a Learning Facilitator to support approximately 40-75 students in a virtual program, collaborating with the Managing Instructor, Virtual Program Administrator, and other staff to deliver intervention and academic support.

The role emphasizes using LMS tools, tracking student progress, conducting regular check-ins, and coordinating with families to promote engagement and success in a remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of classroom experience.
• 1+ years of virtual instruction and delivery experience preferred.
• Industry experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Student Support and Engagement
• Monitor progress in LMS and supporting platforms
• Execute targeted intervention plans and daily check-ins
• Reach out to students falling behind to remove barriers
• Monitor the assigned content learning lab
• Contribute 20-25 hours per week to the learning lab open hours
• Review student performance data from MI and Success Mentor
• Participate in House team meetings with qualitative input
• Support house-wide academic goals and culture initiatives
• Log all student interactions in SIS and maintain records
• Assist in preliminary grading or non-instructional feedback
• Communicate with families about progress and interventions
• All other related duties as assigned
