UW Health's eICU program is expanding its virtual nursing team to support critically ill adult patients across 13 hospitals. This role requires an RN with ICU experience, CPR/BLS on hire and ACLS within 6 months.

Work 90% FTE on-site in Madison, with 12-hour evening/night shifts and weekend rotation. Strong emphasis on mentorship, quality improvement, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required or BSN preferred
• Two (2) years of nursing experience in eICU or ICU settings required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required on hire
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire

Mansioni

• Provide virtual support from a command center to critically ill adult patients across units
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions using advanced e-care technology
• Collaborate with on-site RNs, nursing assistants and intensivists to coordinate care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and mentor regional RNs
