Job summary

University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority in Madison, WI seeks an experienced RN for the eICU team on-site. This 60% FTE position offers 12-hour evening/night shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am) with weekend, holiday rotations and generous on-site benefits.

You will provide virtual support from our command center and collaborate with RNs, nursing assistants and intensivists to care for critically ill adults across units regionally.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Two years of eICU nursing experience required.
• WI RN license current upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual support from the Madison command center to critically ill adults regionally.
• Round on 35-40 patients per shift and respond to changes with e-care monitoring.
• Collaborate with RNs, nursing assistants and intensivists for patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement and mentor RNs at regional sites.
