Qualifications

• Experience and skills in developing and managing IEPs, progress reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Strong communication with families, students, and learning coaches; proficiency with virtual teaching tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant special education services per IEP in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with parents and related staff to coordinate therapies and accommodations.
• Develop and maintain IEPs, progress reports, and state-required documentation.
• Lead IEP meetings and adapt lessons based on data and student needs.
• Monitor student data, monitor progress toward IEP goals, and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Provide engaging synchronous and asynchronous online instruction and support.
• Maintain accurate grade books, student placement decisions, and timely communication with families.
