Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Virtual Education Specialist to connect with healthcare professionals, deliver educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results. You will conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual sessions to educate HCPs and generate qualified leads, tailoring insights to local market needs.

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience.
• Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment, with experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
