Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Education Specialist to connect with healthcare professionals, deliver educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results in a virtual environment.

You will lead outbound calls, emails, and virtual sessions to educate on disease states, identify leads, and strengthen engagement with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff while ensuring compliance. This role emphasizes virtual inside sales and patient-focused outreach.

Qualificações

• 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience
• Experience conducting virtual educational sessions with healthcare professionals preferred
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to meet lead-generation metrics and drive business outcomes
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Effective prioritization and planning while adhering to compliance guidelines

• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights to support lead-generation efforts and collaborate effectively with field counterparts.

You are a great fit if you have…

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience
• Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment, with experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
