Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is hiring a Virtual Education Specialist in the United States. You’ll connect with healthcare professionals, deliver educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results.

You’ll lead outbound lead generation, educate on disease states, and identify patients in a virtual healthcare environment. Strong CRM skills and a proven track record in healthcare sales help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience.
• Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment, with experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred.
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with assigned targets to deliver disease-state education and generate qualified leads.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff to increase education and awareness.
• Build trust and strengthen customer relationships through consistent, professional virtual engagement with HCPs and key office personnel.
• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights to support lead-generation efforts and collaborate effectively with field counterparts.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70-75k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
