You will manage outbound lead generation, disease-state education, and patient identification in a virtual healthcare environment, targeting physicians, other healthcare providers, and key clinic staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales/lead generation.
• Experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred.
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet lead-generation metrics.
• Strong CRM proficiency.
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
• Effective prioritization and planning while adhering to compliance guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience
• Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment, with experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics
• Strong CRM proficiency
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70-75k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
