Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Education Specialist to connect with healthcare professionals, deliver educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results.

The role focuses on outbound lead generation, disease-state education, and patient identification within a virtual healthcare environment. You will engage physicians and office staff via calls, emails, and virtual sessions to educate and generate qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience.
• Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment, with experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics
• Strong CRM proficiency
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with assigned targets to deliver disease-state education and generate qualified leads.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff to increase education and awareness.
• Build trust and strengthen customer relationships through consistent, professional virtual engagement with HCPs and key office personnel.
• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights to support lead-generation efforts and collaborate effectively with field counterparts.
