Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Education Specialist to engage healthcare professionals, deliver educational messaging, and build trusted relationships that drive awareness and business results.

In this role, you will lead outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to educate on disease states and generate qualified leads among physicians, nurses, and clinic staff. You’ll collaborate with field teams and adapt to evolving market conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience
• Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment, with experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with assigned targets to deliver disease-state education and generate qualified leads
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff to increase education and awareness
• Build trust and strengthen customer relationships through consistent, professional virtual engagement with HCPs and key office personnel
• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights to support lead-generation efforts and collaborate effectively with field counterparts
