Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Education Specialist to connect with healthcare professionals, deliver meaningful educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results.

You will engage in outbound lead generation, educate about disease states, and identify eligible patients in a virtual healthcare environment. A bachelor's degree and 1+ years in pharma/healthcare sales or lead gen are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience.
• Experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred.
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to deliver disease-state education and generate qualified leads.
• Clearly articulate clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff.
• Build trust and strengthen customer relationships through professional virtual engagement with HCPs and staff.
• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights to support lead-generation efforts.
