Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Education Specialist in Las Vegas to connect with healthcare professionals, deliver educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results.

You will manage outbound lead generation, disease-state education, and patient identification in a virtual healthcare environment, targeting physicians, providers, and key clinic staff. A strong CRM and virtual sales background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation.
• Experience delivering virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred.
• Ability to drive business outcomes and meet lead-gen metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to generate qualified leads.
• Articulate product value to HCPs and office staff to boost education and awareness.
• Build trust with HCPs and office staff through professional virtual engagement.
• Identify local market conditions and insights to support lead-generation efforts.
