Job summary

Syneos Health in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Virtual Education Specialist to connect with healthcare professionals, deliver educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results.

In this role you will lead outbound lead generation, educate on disease states, and identify patients in a virtual healthcare environment, engaging physicians, clinicians, and office staff to advance product knowledge and adoption.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation.
• Experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred.
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to deliver disease-state education and generate qualified leads.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff to increase education and awareness.
• Build trust and strengthen customer relationships through consistent, professional virtual engagement with HCPs and key office personnel.
• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights to support lead-generation efforts and collaborate effectively with field counterparts.
