Raymond James, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Financial Advisor in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role blends financial advisory and service support, handling client inquiries, executing unsolicited orders, and guiding clients within a fiduciary framework.

You will join a team responsible for over $3 billion in client assets, providing escalated support and ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering client relationships and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4+ years in financial services.
• SIE license required, exemption or grandfathering not allowed.
• FINRA Series 7 required; Series 66 or 63/65 required.
• Experience with annuities and life insurance products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely entry of initial applications and manage account openings.
• Coach and mentor junior Investment Central associates in a hybrid team.
• Oversee client portfolios and respond to escalated inquiries with fiduciary care.
• Review and approve client account activity to mitigate risk.
• Interact with clients via phone to provide guidance and support non-advisory requests.
• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions affecting client accounts.
