Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed FNP to join the Virtual Medical Team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will deliver care to patients through telehealth, triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups, collaborating with both virtual and in-office teammates.

You’ll participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, pursue additional state licensure as needed, and leverage your training to provide evidence-based primary care 24/7 across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• Licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Willingness to obtain required licensure/credentialing for other states.
• Able to work weekday and weekend shifts (including Saturdays and/or Sundays).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video, phone, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Apply clinical training to deliver exceptional care virtually.
• Obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for multi-state care.

The Opportunity:

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. What you’ll be working on:

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups


• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities


• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles


• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually


• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification


• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  
  
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
  
  
  
  


• Currently licensed inCAwith ability to obtain additional state licenses


• 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred; and willingness to obtain required


• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)


• Current shifts range from (6am-5pm, 7am-6pm, 11am -10pm or 1pm - 12am PST)


• Excellent clinical and communication skills

This is a full-time virtual role that is 40 hours per week.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
