We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to support our remote team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports for senior managers.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be capable of working independently. Your contribution will enhance our business efficiency through personalized and timely support to our executives.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 2pm - 10pm EST; Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST
