POSITION OVERVIEW

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs. Committed to excellence and innovation, we are a trusted industry partner.

We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to support our remote team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports for senior managers.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be capable of working independently. Your contribution will enhance our business efficiency through personalized and timely support to our executives.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 2pm - 10pm EST; Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex and busy schedules
  • Handling planning, logistics, and operations
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Supporting data entry, project assistance, event planning, filing, and correspondence
  • Organizing meetings from start to finish
  • Screening calls, preparing documents, managing bills and records
  • Performing errands as needed
  • Maintaining action items and following up proactively
  • Handling Chief of Staff duties and project management tasks
  • Managing procurement and logistics duties
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (preferably in BPO)
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of office management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+ download)
CONDITIONS

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in your country.

Background Checks: Willing to undergo Level II background/security investigation and drug screening; employment contingent on results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The role is primarily sedentary, involving sitting/standing for long periods, operating computers and office equipment, and occasionally moving objects up to 40 pounds.
