Job summary

Delfina Medical Group is seeking a Doula to serve as a virtual health coach for pregnant patients and new moms, guiding them through pregnancy and postpartum with 1:1 and group education.

You will work remotely, collaborating with the Care Delivery manager to implement engagement protocols, support adherence to care plans, and track outcomes in a telehealth setting for NM communities.

Qualifications

DONA/ICEA/CAPPA/ProDoula certification
Strong communication and conversational skills
Experience with Web and mobile technologies
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
New Mexico communities knowledge is a plus
Telehealth experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Work with Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols weekly
Ensure patient engagement for pregnant patients and new mothers
Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking
