Qualifikationen

• Certified by a recognized doula organization (DONA, ICEA, CAPPA or ProDoula).
• Experience with pregnancy, birth and postpartum support.
• Experience delivering virtual care through web/mobile platforms.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Care Delivery manager to implement coaching protocols weekly.
• Engage and motivate pregnant patients and new mothers for adherence to care plans.
• Track and report patient engagement and outcomes as defined by providers.
