Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You can set your own schedule while collaborating with a multi-specialty care team to support patients through multi-week nutrition programs.

As an independent contractor, you will conduct video visits, document clinical notes, and ensure privacy and compliance standards are met, all while focusing on metabolic health and women's wellness.

Qualificações

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/N by the CDR with a license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team including the patient's medical provider and therapist to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes and improve well-being.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
