Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert virtual care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborating with a medical provider and therapist to deliver cohesive, holistic care plans.

You will manage multi-week programs, focus on metabolic and bone health, and maintain compliant documentation. Enjoy full schedule control and AI charting tools in a supportive clinical community.

Qualifications

• National certification as RD or RDN with a US state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutrition care to midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Engage in multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards on the Pomelo platform.
