Virtual Customer Service Professional ( Legitimate Work from Home )

Part-time

Hourly pay rate is $9.00 per hour depending on experience and the company that you are assigned to. Must work a minimum 25 hours per week and full time hours available.

• No Cold Calling, No Telemarketing, inbound calls only

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Secondary education and/or some college is preferred
• Able to perform basic math skills
• Will make your own schedules
• Must be able to pass a background check (drug test if client requests)
• Minimum 3+ months of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with basic computer skills including email and documents
• Would like to work PT or FT as a 1099 contractor from home
• A quiet home office with no ambient sounds such as pets or children while working
• Able to be in training consecutively up to a maximum of 4 hours in the evening or morning for up to a total of 10 weeks

• High speed Internet access provided by a cable or DSL provider
• Satellite broadband does not meet our requirements
• Use of wireless and Wi-Fi "air cards" is prohibited
