• 5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost: Enjoy the bonus from April 9th through 15th.
• Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
• Complete a fast 20-hour certification.

More about the role :

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions about TurboTax products and tax return software. Common questions include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
• Get paid $18.50 per hour¹.
• Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours, requiring a minimum of 8 hours work on April 13th-15th to qualify².
• Earn a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
• Certification lasts 3 days.
• Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
• A minimum of 30 hours per week is required; more hours are welcome.
• You will be supported during live calls by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and have an advocate support from an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist).

Required Experience & Skills

To succeed as a Service Provider for TurboTax, you should be proficient in:

• No specific accounting background is required. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and assist customers.
• Strong communication skills are essential for helping customers with TurboTax products and software. Clear and empathetic articulation of solutions is necessary.
• The ability to understand and empathize with customer needs while providing innovative and top-notch service.
