Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy seeks a fully remote independent contractor to lead engaging PHP/IOP virtual groups for teens aged 13–17 in South Florida. You will create structured activities, including art, music, movement, writing, and mindfulness, and maintain high engagement in a remote setting.

Master’s in a creative, educational, or behavioral health field is required; prior group facilitation with adolescents is essential; remote facilitation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a creative, educational, or behavioral health field.
• Experience facilitating groups with adolescents aged 13–17.
• Familiarity with PHP, IOP, or behavioral health settings; remote facilitation allowed.

Compensation & Logistics:

• Fully remote independent contractor opportunity.
• Payment is issued biweekly upon invoice submission.
• Groups are held 2–3 times per week.
