Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking a Virtual IOP Therapist to lead adults’ group therapy in a flexible, part-time remote role. A California-licensed LMFT/AMFT is required, with comfort delivering therapy via virtual platforms.

You will work Monday through Thursday evenings, facilitating evidence-based groups, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the clinical team to support recovery and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active California license as an LMFT or AMFT.
• Experience or interest in adult mental health, group therapy, or IOP/PHP settings.
• Strong group facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM-9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, evidence-based virtual group therapy sessions for adults enrolled in the IOP.
• Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and strategies for sustained recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support treatment goals and continuity of care.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

Location: Irvine, CA | Remote | Part Time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 PM-9:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LMFT or AMFT to facilitate virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups for adults. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys group therapy and wants to support adults in their mental health and recovery journey through accessible, virtual care.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, evidence-based virtual group therapy sessions for adults enrolled in the IOP.
