Role Overview

As a Primary Therapist at ERC Pathlight, you will be part of a team delivering hands-on treatment, therapy sessions, and support to patients at our centers or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform. You will conduct individual, family, and group therapy (adults, children, and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders. You will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement them.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group, and family therapy
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for each patient
• Complete biopsychosocial, self-harm, and suicide assessments
• Create individualized treatment, support, or behavior plans as needed
• Complete clinical documentation including progress notes, wellness, and aftercare plans
• Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care

Primary Therapist III Must Haves

• At least 3 years post-licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, eating disorders, and/or trauma-related disorders
• Some experience supervising clinicians
• Successful management of a significant individual and/or family caseload with complex cases
