Clinical Psychologist

MindCare Solutions, a clinician-owned and operated leader in mental health care, seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide group therapy sessions for adolescents. Join a growing team with a strong culture and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will deliver psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and evidence-based interventions to individuals in a correctional setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support mental health and rehabilitation, ensuring ethical and legal standards are met. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact lives positively in a supportive environment.

  • We are hiring a psychologist with PsyPact authorization to support a structured, 3-day-a-week virtual group therapy program for adolescents.
  • The schedule involves three days a week—such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—with each day hosting three 50-minute sessions and 10-minute breaks, e.g., 5:00–5:50 PM, 6:00–6:50 PM, and 7:00–7:50 PM (Eastern Time).

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing documentation for sessions
  • Developing and maintaining treatment plans
  • Participating in peer reviews for utilization review as needed

Group sizes will typically be around 10 participants, not exceeding 12.

Licensure is required or preferred in the following states:

Requirements

  • An appropriate combination of education, training, coursework, and experience to demonstrate required skills and knowledge
  • Forensic Psychology experience is preferred
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited university (required)
  • Current, unrestricted Clinical or Counseling Psychologist license (required)
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
