Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a qualified RN to provide inbound and outbound non-promotional disease-state education to identified patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and staff in primary care or specialty settings in the United States.

You will deliver therapy and medical device education, conduct virtual educational programs, and support medication adherence while adhering to client procedures and training requirements. A separate home office space and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• Effective and professional communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and telephone manner are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound non-promotional disease-state education to identified customers.
• Deliver therapy and/or medical device education including injection training where applicable.
• Present virtual educational programs to Healthcare Professionals/Patients/Caregivers per client procedures.
