Ria Health is seeking a Clinic Support Specialist to join a fast-paced telehealth care team. You will support clinicians, triage patient inquiries, and help ensure smooth virtual visits. You will document medical history, manage scheduling, and maintain confidential records with HIPAA compliance.

The role requires strong communication, empathy for AUD/SUD patients, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Healthie/CRM tools and remote work experience are a plus.

Formación

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with quality.
• Understand AUD/SUD population challenges and patient-centered care.
• Independent, self-directed workflow with minimal supervision.
• Strong memory and retention with varied situations.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with patients and the Ria Health team.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in addiction treatment patient services.
• Familiarity with online systems and technology (GSuite, Zoom, Healthie, CRM).

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls from prospective and current patients in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Triage calls quickly and accurately, connecting patients to the right resources.
• Engage patients virtually in a welcoming, empathetic, and safe manner, documenting medical history and current information.
• Reschedule appointments and assist with scheduling needs as required.
• Create and manage support tickets to track patient inquiries and follow-up needs.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance on Ria Health's services and technology.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in EMR, CRM, and ticketing systems.
• Manage email and day-end procedures, including escalation to providers when needed.
• Resolve patient complaints and support complex patients with de-escalation as appropriate.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure continuity of care.
