The coordinator collaborates across campus, reports to the Assistant Director of Marketing and Student Engagement, and may require occasional evenings or weekends; salary range

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Instructional Design, HRD, Higher Education, Student Affairs, Student Development, Social Work, Counseling, Workforce Development, or related fields.
One year of higher education experience in career development, instructional design, counseling, human services, or related fields.
Proficiency in Handshake, Navigate, Blackboard, and MS Office software.

Responsibilities

Support career education services to Marshall University students and alumni.
Focus on career readiness, virtual learning, and development of professional competencies.
Collaborate across university units to advance initiatives for student engagement in both virtual and in-person settings.
