Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Certified Physician Assistant for our Virtual Medical Team. You will treat patients via telehealth, perform triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups, and participate in weekly clinical rounds with in‑office and virtual teammates.

This role requires MSPAS, active NCCPA, NC licensure, and PA Team-Based Practice status, with weekday and weekend shifts. You will join a mission-driven team delivering evidence-based primary care remotely, supported by

Qualifications

• Master’s degree MSPAS required and NCCPA certification active.
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care/urgent care/emergency medicine with patients of all ages; 6+ months in primary care.
• Currently licensed in NC and able to obtain additional state licenses; PA Team-Based Practice status required.
• Ability to cover weekday and weekend shifts; shifts include early morning to late evening.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate daily with virtual and in-office teammates.
• Provide exceptional care to patients using your clinical training and technology.
