Job summary

HelloHero, a nationwide provider of related and behavioral health services, seeks a Virtual BCBA in Minnesota to support K-12 students remotely. This 20-hour-per-week role aligns with school-day hours and offers independent contractor status with W2 options.

You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, provide direct and consultative services, and train school staff, with onboarding, dedicated support, and rapid scheduling coordination.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required for the role.
• Minnesota LBA license is required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

This is a virtual, school-based BCBA role, supporting students across K-12 school settings. You’ll work directly with students, school teams, and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Rate: $62-$68 per hour
• Annual Loyalty Bonus
• Flexible employment options, including 1099 or W2, based on your preference

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
