Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. You’ll handle warm leads from clients who already requested help with financial-protection options and will be coached and measured on activity and results.

In this role you will take conversations, explain benefit options simply, help clients enroll when it fits, and maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm. Interviews are conducted on Zoom and the path includes coaching and leadership opportunities for high performers.
