Job summary

Alpaca Health in Texas is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our ABA practice and deliver high-quality, individualized services to clients and families. The role collaborates with caregivers and a clinical team to implement effective treatment plans and support meaningful progress.

This part-time contract position offers hybrid and remote opportunities, with flexible scheduling to meet client needs and reduce administrative burden, while providing supervision to technicians where applicable

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience providing ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.

Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families.

As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.
